About Robert A. Yu     

Robert A. Yu has been CFO of Converge ICT Solutions since May 2024. With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investments, and valuation, Yu previously served as a director at Malaysia-based private equity firm Creador and an investment principal at Sierra Madre Advisers Inc. A former consultant for Converge from 2018 to 2019, Yu played a key role in designing the company’s strategic capital structure to support its growth trajectory.
