About Sarah Overbaugh   

Sarah Overbaugh joined Metronet in 2020 and was appointed CFO in 2023. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and strategic initiatives, including the recent acquisition of Metronet by T-Mobile and KKR. Overbaugh successfully led three asset-backed securitisation (ABS) bond offerings, totalling US$3bn in funding, making a significant mark with the first ABS in the US fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) space.
