Todd Bateman is the founder and Managing Principal at i.s.a. He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate focused on the data center space. Prior to launching i.s.a., Todd created and led Investor Services platforms at CBRE, Newmark Knight Frank and GVA. These Investor Services offerings have all been focused exclusively on the needs of owners, operators and investors in the data center space. During his career, he has been involved in projects valued at nearly $9 billion located across six continents, in every major data center market on the globe. Todd has lived and worked in London, Washington, D.C. and Chicago, IL where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters.
