Marvin Meyer is Senior Vice President, Head of M&A at Software AG and has over 15 years of experience in M&A. In his current position he is responsible for the company's buy- and sell-side activities, including equity-linked partnerships. Prior to joining Software AG in 2008, Marvin worked at KPMG in the Transaction Advisory Services departments in Frankfurt and Manchester. He holds an MBA from Kellogg-WHU and a MSc in Business Administration from Goethe-University in Frankfurt.
