Issam Abedin is based in London, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015 and focuses on Technology investments in Europe. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Issam was the Managing Director of Rocket Internet in the Middle East, incubating and scaling e-Commerce ventures across large B2C verticals. Issam also worked in the Financial Institutions Group of J.P. Morgan in London, covering financial technology and market infrastructure firms in EMEA. He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany and also studied at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
