Helena Svancar is currently the Head of M&A at Ericsson and responsible for the company’s M&A strategy, integration/separation activities as well as the corporate ventures business.

Helena Svancar has advised on and executed transactions across a variety of industries throughout her career. Prior to joining Ericsson in early 2018, she spent 18 years in investment banking, the prior ten years with Deutsche Bank in London where she was Head of Corporate Finance, Nordic Region. Her other professional experience includes, Rothschild and SEB Enskilda. 

Helena Svancar holds an MSc in Business and Economics with a Major in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of St Gallen.
