Linklaters pushes Women's Leadership Programme initiatives by sponsoring first Women in TMT M&A

Linklaters announced as a sponsor across influential event for C-Level leaders, sharing the latest success stories, strategies and challenges for negotiating deals and career development for women

LONDON - Oct. 24, 2018 -  Women make up over 60% of law students but less than a quarter of partners in law firms. *Linklaters' global Women's Leadership Programme provides those with the strongest potential with structured learning and coaching sessions at a crucial stage in senior female associates' careers.

Women in TMT M&A has been created to reflect the increasing presence of women leading strategy within the TMT Finance network, with the aim to share knowledge on both navigating the challenges in dealmaking in male dominated TMT industries, together with providing practical guidance on how to reach the top in TMT leadership positions globally.
