Cellnex Telecom (Spain)
For continued organic and non-organic growth in European wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure, including agreements to buy 10,700 towers from Iliad France, Iliad Italy and Salt (Switzerland); the acquisition of Cignal in Ireland; and a £2bn agreement to Arqiva in the UK. Under the ownership of KKR, newly branded German media company Leonine is the result of a series of mergers and acquisitions, including Tele München Group, Universum Film, i&u TV, and Wiedemann & Berg Film. Leonine is a platform that covers the entire value chain of media, content and production, with further acquisitions and growth on the horizon.

Grupo MÁSMÓVIL (Spain)
Ongoing growth as the fourth telecommunications operator in Spain, under its Yoigo, Pepephone, Grupo MÁSMÓVIL and Lebara y Llamaya brands. In H1 2019, the company reported: 28% customer growth to 8.3 million customers; 40% EBITDA growth to E216m; and total revenues up 17%. Highlights included: the acquisition of Lebara España; an agreement with Orange covering 5G and fibre; acquisition of 5G spectrum from Eurona in the 3.5GHz band; and the repurchase Providence Convertible Bond in full and refinance of existing debt.
