Rangu Salgame is the Chairman & CEO of Princeton Digital Group and Princeton Growth Ventures, Warburg Pincus backed TMT firms. Prior to which he was the CEO of the Growth Ventures and Service Provider Group at Tata Communications, part of the $100B global conglomerate Tata Group. Based out of the New York area he led a diverse multi-billion dollar portfolio of global businesses in carrier services, mobility, data centers, cloud and media, with customers in over 100 countries.

Rangu Salgame has been a transformative growth leader throughout his career, having made market changing impacts at Tata Communications, Cisco Systems and Verizon Communications. He has been turning company portfolios into high value outcomes, partnering with government and business leaders in diverse cultural environments in over 30 countries such as China, India, Brazil and the Middle East as well as the US, Europe and Japan. Rangu is a member of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council at Brookings and serves as a director on the boards of BCIU and TrickleUp, New York-based global trade policy and nonprofit organizations respectively. He co-founded a worldwide initiative called The Next3 Billion Project, to accelerate and facilitate the social and economic change that comes from the mobile Internet in developing countries.
