Anubhav is an expert in investment banking, IPOs and financial and operational strategy. As the Chief Financial Officer for Aligned, Anubhav is responsible for the company’s financial and operational strategy. He manages the development and monitoring of control systems that preserve company assets, reduce risk and report accurate financial results. Prior to Aligned, Anubhav was the Senior Vice President at TIER REIT overseeing Capital Markets and Finance for the organization.

He was also the Treasurer for CyrusOne overseeing Investor Relations, FP&A, Procurement, M&A and Capital Markets for the organization. While at CyrusOne, he helped manage the company’s IPO and numerous other transactions, successfully raising over $3.5B in capital. Prior to CyrusOne he worked as a management consultant within Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice, working with clients across the Consumer and Industrial Products, Manufacturing and Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. His primary focus was on corporate growth strategy, M&A and finance transformation, helping foster profitable expansion for clients through an executable strategy.
