Despite being often considered by investors as less attractive than their wireless mobile telecom counterparts, broadcasting tower assets in Europe are still generating a reasonable amount of investor interest and many owners have recently kicked off sale processes to offload assets.

According to sources, there still is some growth potential in the sector, as radio stations have not always maximized revenues from their infrastructure, and the value of these can still be increased through marketing and increasing the tenant ratios.
