Joel Greenwood joined Raymond James in 2017 to launch the London office. Prior to this he was a partner at Deloitte and co-head of the UK TMT M&A Advisory practice. Previously Mr. Greenwood worked at PwC and at Cable & Wireless PLC, where he spent two years in corporate development. He advises on transactions in the technology & services sector and has more than 20 years’ M&A experience. Mr. Greenwood was ranked by Mergermarket as one of the most prolific individual UK financial advisers in both 2016 and H1 2017. He is a qualified accountant and graduated from University College London with a degree in electronic and optoelectronic engineering.
