He has also worked for on the following Goldman Sachs transactions: Telefónica's acquisition of O2; sale of stake in Nigerian telecom company to Etisalat; Cellcom IPO; acquisition of TPI; and transaction with BTC and sell side of OI's assets in Spain and Italy.

Valentin was a Telecommunication Engineer at UPV in Spain. He studied at the MBA University of Chicago in USA and the International Relations at Keio Business School in Japan.
