Jeffrey Wells, CEO, Khalakom
Mr.
Wells has extensive experience in providing strategy, analysis, insight
and leadership to companies in international markets and has created
profitable new and sustainable business opportunities. Throughout
his career, he has been a catalyst to business insight and growth
that has provided for the identification and entry into new profitable
markets increasing brand influence, optimizing the acquisition of
new customers, leading global partnerships, and building new organizational
competencies. For the past twenty years he has been involved in developing
new businesses by leveraging his strategic, operational, and analytical
skills. Prior to Khalakom, Mr. Wells was Chief of Operations and Lead
Analyst for Innovent, the innovation arm of Nokia, where he developed
insight, strategies and unique innovation methodologies that provided
for commercialization of new technologies in emerging markets. These
approaches led to the analysis and identification of emerging markets
and the business systems enabling them representing a $2 Billion dollar
target market. Mr. Wells has operational experience in telecommunications,
networking and business operations, and has been a part operations
teams that have successfully deployed and maintained more than 30,000
miles of fiber optic, copper and wireless networks. Mr. Wells has
successfully collaborated across diverse cultures and organizations
throughout North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia to
create successful alliances resulting in access to new technologies,
business networks, industry thought leaders and strategic capital
and resources.
