Enda P. Hardiman, Managing Partner, Hardiman Telecommunications Ltd.

Enda Hardiman is the founder and Managing Partner of Hardiman Telecommunications Ltd., (“HTL”), which he established in 1994. HTL advises major investment banks, private equity funds and telecommunications carriers on Company Valuations, Flotations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competitive Strategy, Market Entry, Market Positioning, Operations, Licensing, Service Development, and Technology Management and Transition.

From facilities in London and Hong Kong, the company's expertise spans Western Europe, Central / Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific Rim. As measured by transaction value and volume, HTL is the leading telecommunications consultancy active in emerging markets worldwide.

Mr. Hardiman graduated in Mathematical Sciences from Trinity College Dublin in 1978, and is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Physicist. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics, and a Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers.

Prior to establishing HTL, Mr. Hardiman worked with Raytheon Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Nynex Corporation in London, Brussels, Dublin, Paris and the United States, successively in engineering, sales, international business development, divisional management and general management. An Irish national, he speaks English and French fluently.
