Telecom Egypt appoints new board members

Egypt’s state-run telecommunications operator Telecom Egypt, announced that it had appointed TarekAboualam and SamySaadZaghloul to the board of directors.
Aboualam joined TE in 2009 as Vice President, International & Wholesale and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President in June 2011. Zaghloul, who is the Secretary General of the Cabinet of Ministers, will represent the interests of the Egyptian Government within the company.
