Management

Dominic Lowndes is Managing Director of TMT Ventures and Editor of TMT Finance News Alert. Dominic has been reporting on financing news, and launching specialist news services, research products and conferences for over 15 years. From 1999 to 2007 he helped establish London-based Thompson Stanley Publishers Ltd where he launched the conference division including the first Telecom Finance conferences in London and Dubai, and led the sale of the company to the Press Association (PA Group) in 2006. He has been Editor of Telecom Finance (2003-2007), Editor of Internet and Technology Finance magazines (2000-2003), and was Director of Conferences at the Press Association until 2007. He founded TMT Ventures in partnership with BroadGroup in October 2008.

Chris Thompson, Editorial Adviser. Chris Thompson has extensive experience of reporting and commenting on capital markets and general fund raising for the TMT sector. He steered a number of publication launches for Thomson Reuters, and of Thompson Stanley Publishers Ltd 1994. Since selling the business to PA in 2006 he has acted as a consultant to a number of businesses in the publishing sector.
